Looking for complete info and instructions on turning my amd athlon 700mhz to around 900mhz or so. Using abit ka-7 mainboard.

You will need a good heatsink and fan. I have gotten my 750 Slot A Athlon CPU to run at 865 without the golden fingers, so I would think that most 700's could do the same.
