Here is my new WB, im sorry for the crappy pic, but its alright for a webcam i supose :D

And if ur hacksawing away, and someone says to u that it would be easier to use the bandsaw, dont listen to them if the bandsaw dont cut streight. Notice one end has more metal then the other.

how did u cut around the finned area? hope its not a hacksaw..looks nice!

3x2 and .5 inch thick. 3/8 might be preferable, but no biggie.
The base is 1/8 rite now, and i think im gonna thin it a bit.

I did the channels with a CNC, but im making three blocks from one chunk of copper and i was cutting this one out with the hacksaw when i was offered the use of the wonderful bandsaw. lol can u tell im bitter.
