I don't expect that I would have any problems using PC 3700 in the NF7-S 2.0 thoughts?

It generally is ok to run memory that has higher rated speeds than what is officially supported by the motherboard. Whether the board is stable enough to run at that speed can be another story.

Think twice in using the Hyper X in it. I found that to be a problem. Any other brand and it should be fine.
