To reach a gig, you'll probably need 1.85V. The Gorb can only just handle the heat dissapation at this voltage, and speed, so it probably won't be stable. Go to a new fan, like a Fop32, or alpha, hedgehog.
Remember not all chips are stable at a gig, the Duron 800s aren't any better than the 600s.
