NEEEED help

Hi sorry , very new to this , hmmz apparently this pc alert software seems to think my case is open ....its not? also whats a decent tmpreture for your cpu/case,pc alert says mine is cpu = 35-40 degrees c and case around 32 ?

its a tbird 800 on an msi kt7 pro 2 with 196 mb of 133 ram :O)
