View Full Version : Thunderbird 1.3GHz
Any guys who o/ced their Athlons over 1200MHz at 1.85v or lower?
Not that I've ever heard. You would have to kick up the voltage to get there, unless your using the 1200 bird, that might be possible, but I have found anything over 150mhz increase to a t-bird will require a voltage mod. That is as far as I can tell and what i've heard. Hope this helps. Most T-birds and Durons I see running at 1gig+ are atleast running 1.85v.
Tom got a 1.2 gig t-bird to 1.485 gig at 1.85v. LOL (with supercooling on vaporchill)(tom of tomshardware.com). He says that anything over 1.85v is unreasonable. Betcha he does the voltage mod and gets over 1.5 LOL.
