700mhz to 800 mhz

I got a 700 tbird on a MSI K7Pro2 A,

What are the SAFEST settings to make it up to 800??

These are the actual settings:

-CPU Vcore= Default
-CPU Vio= 3.3 v
-Auto Detect Dimm/PCI= Enable
-Spread Spectrum Modul.=Disabled

-Clock By Slight Adjust= 100
-CPU Clock Ratio= Default

unlock the chip and set the multiplyer on the swtiches to 8 and leave the buss @ 100mhz and you got 800
but i would atleast try 9 x 100mhz or even 9.5 or 10 x 100mhz with a a core voltage of 1.85 as long as your temps are below 50C
