Can someone point me to a guide on how to unlock the L1 or whatever bridges? I just got a 1ghz socket A athlon and I want to try to get it to 1.2ghz. anyone know a good guide online? thanks!

i have an abit kt7 raid 100 , 1ghz socket A Athlon (tbird w/ blue core), 256 sdram pc 133 some generic type, and a voodoo banshee now but soon a geforce

i have a few links for what you are looking for. however, from what i have seen you will only be able to reach 1.1gig due to voltage limitations on your kt7. you can solve this problem by soldering a capacitor onto your motherboard, then you can squeeze another .2 volts out of your motherboard (if you are so inclined).

in terms of conecting the L1 ... all you need is a pencil and then connect the dots on the L1. Then you use the soft menu on your abit board to bump up the multiplier and the voltage on the board. don't worry it is easier to do than it sounds.
