as long as you increase the core voltage you should be able to go much higher without turning your case into your stove. i recently finished overclocking my duron 700 to 950mz (ok 947mz technically). it is highly stable and benchmarks well with about a 9 degree increase in cpu temp. however, i am unfamiliar with your motherboard and your may encounter some restrictions there???
