Sound Blaster Live Value
Liteon 48x24x48
Maxtor 40 gig 7200rpm

Winxp Sp1
Nothing is Overclocked

Yeah I want a new ps for this system, since the one currently in it is going bad. I need something cheap, quiet, but with enough juice. When I mean cheap something in 28 to 38 buck range.

To add to the above, I'd get the new Fortrons with the 120mm fans. Newegg should have them.

yeah I seen those.

You think this will be sufficent enough?
Fortron FSP350-60BN 350W P4/AMD Ready Power Supply - OEM (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?description=17-104-985)

Yeah I saw those 120mm fans ps ,but I'm not sure if it will even fit that old case. This new ps isn't for me. It's for another computer my Father uses.
I know 120mm is suppose to be quiet, but won't the extra air inside this small case make more noise?

Or I could get that 120mm ps for myself and put the one the 350 watt Antec that came with my Slk3700 AMB case.

your current psu should be fine for that system since you're not overclocking, replace the ps fan with a panaflow
