which ones can and cant?
I have a barton 2500 now and it was easy, but are all other AMD's like the Barton. If not then what do you have to do differently to OC them
Thanks, Ryan
Major Major question, needs to be limited.. you'll get whole lots of various answeres... Tbreds are the best OCers, What speed r you looking for? budget? cooling?..see? :D

I want the fastest, and cooling is not an issue, will use water cooling! What scored the best on PCmark2002
Can you OC Tbreds right out of the box?
Whats this talk about the L3??
Ok, here we go:
- Shorting/connecting L3 bridge is a mod to unlock the cpu multiplier, You don't need to do this mod if you pop a tbred into a KT400 or NF boards (or higher) , it'll be automatically unlock.
- If cooling is not an issue, get a prometeia Mach II cooling, forget H2O. (it's expensive!)
- Yes, you can OC a Tbred right of the box, at least mine did :)
If you search this forum, you'll see peeps hit 3Ghz with extreme cooling such as Prometeia or Vapochill. Good luck!
