OC Duron700 and WinME

The Duron 700 is a great processor, can overclock mine to 900MHz, anything higher either causes windows to display "invalid boot disk" or produce a "Windows Protection Fault" error message. I am using the KT7-RAID m/b and trying to boot at 1GHz @ 1.85v (highest possible). Anyone got any suggestions of why this happens?

when you go higher is need more voltage on the core

you dont have enough core voltage for the spped you have
or the chip is MAXED out
