I need to overclock my brand new 700 mhz duron

HI. Can someone tell me how I can owerclock my 700 duron cpu step by step? It would be so great.
I have a aopen AK33 motherboard and 128 PC133
and I think Im ready for it please someone, HELP :)

so overclocking isnt going to be much

wait a month and get a new kt133 board and overclocking will be nicer
