I'll third that, current HLT based software coolers dont seem to work, even the one with asusprobe for my a7v doesnt. I have a suspicion Athlons have an automatic HLTing system built in...when the system is idle they cool down quite a bit.

dont matter what 2000 has in it

it aint going to work for a AMD

thats the bottom line

run it and see if your temp goes down

it will go UP !
