PROBLEM!!
I have a MSI K7T-Pro2-A with a Duron700 (unclocked by closing ALL L1 bridges!)and I only can overclock it to 800MHz, when I set the multiplier to 8.5or above, the speed is only 800 or even 700MHz.. I tried all vCore voltages.. it just won't help..
And I got the newest drivers from MSI that were speccially intended for overclocking (cool huh?) Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get itat higher speeds???

Sounds like a bad job closing the L1 bridges. Clean them up and try again. It took me several tries, using pencil and later conductive paint, to get it right. Still, best I can get out of my 600 Duron is 884 (104*8.5)

What the hell means DUD ??

Dud means something that doesn't work like expected, normally used for explosives that don't explode, cartridges that don't fire, etc. In this context it means that perhaps you just got unlucky and got a chip that doesn't overclock very well.
