I have the MSI K7T pro2 A mobo and a duron 800, it's currently running at 1000 mhz (9.5*105).
Cpu voltage is at 1.85 and vio voltage at 3.45.

The thing is i can't go any higher then 1000mhz, at multiplier 10 my pc simply won't post, 9.5 is the highest i can get.
Still i have seen overclockers go to 1100mhz with the duron 800 !!!
and they sometimes use cpu voltage 2 !
how come i can't go that high in voltage ? i downloaded the new version of the bios especially for o/cing.
Is is still healty for the cpu at 2 volt ? =)

hit me back on this on !

its a voltage mod made to the board

you have to solder resisters to your board

dont know of any MSI mods but there should be some

i just got my Duron 800 today, and i have gotten mine to 1000 (100*10) at 1.85v with out any problems. Seems to so far be running stable, Don't know why you can't hit 100*10. What are you useing for cooling? I am useing FOP32-1 and arctic silver. i am getting temps from 30 at idle to 45 under load. with a Case temp of 22.

damn, that's weird, when i put mine to 10*100 the system doens't even post and and starts beeping madly =)

the HIGHEST i can get is 9.5*105

same thing here : it wont post at 9.5*106 and it starts beeping without stopping until i pull the plug

the new overclockers bios from MSI sux too, u can't get a higher voltage then 1.85

anyone ideas ?

my duron 800 is running at 1050, at 1.8 volts. i don't understand why u cant get it to boot higher. is it cooled enough?

if the system doesn't post at all, it doesn't have anything to do with the cooling
