Is a 60W Peltier big enough to chill a P4?

I was downtown and found a 60W Peltier for $20CND. Is this big enough to help chill a 1.6A or a 2.4B to assist OCing? or do these P4s produce too much heat for this Peltier to keep up?

you need usually a peltier rated at twice th ethermal output of the CPU in queston. A P4 puts out about 70W. YOu would need a 192W pelt realistically
 
well, Lynx is right. I dunno about doubling the output, but you would defintly want higher. a 120 should be more than enough.

That 60 would be good for a video card...
