I've got the same probem using a Duron700, can't get it higher that 824MHz (8*103)

also got that new BIOS, got the voltage up to 1.9

I ve got a duron 750@950 on the same board using pencil trick.
IF you used it recheck it.

Hmm, I've got it up to 700@900MHz now..... It's like you can't get higher than 200MHz with this board!!

i redid my pencil trick and still no luck getting over 950

Try not closing ALL L1 bridges!
