Voltage Problems

Whenever I put the core voltage above 1.70v windows gives me a protection error, this is on a KA7-100, does anyone have any ideas?

Tell me about the teps you are getting, your PSU, your cooler.
You must be under 50C to be reliably.
Oh, and your fsb and/or multplaier too.
