gigabyte ga-7zx with easytuneIII

i have a gigabyte ga-7zx mobo, and i was trying to use easytuneIII overclocking program that comes with my motherboard , well when i run it always says "bios scan fail".
my processor is t-bird 800mhz "locked".. maybe i should unlock it with a pencil?
well anywayz i need help to get passed this so i can o/c!
