shouldnt run peltiers on a computer power supply

you need a regulated power supply

i use a ASTRON 25 amp 13.8 volts

not quit as high priced as mine but just as good

i have a 40 amp one for my CB and its 3 years old

oh yea

i would suggest installing a 80 mm low noise fan on the heatsink of the power supply

just think your pulling some amps constant
it builsds heat

heehee anyway i got a noname fan on mine and it keeps it nice and cool
