Did you change the bios? If so, reset the cmos.

If you didn't change the bios then you system most likely doesn't like something bout the hardware. Disconnect everything you can, such as floppy drive, and see if that helps. If more then one memory stick use only one. Get it down to the minimum hardware that the system can use to function. You should be able to get down to a mobo, cpu, memroy, and monitor (system won't boot of course but the computer should power up and remain on). :cool:
