I just downloaded Mother Board Monitor 5 and it has a number of options for temperature sensor type, I think winbond2 is the most accurate on my machine (athlon 850 running at 100%cpu usage with prime 95) it reads a constant 93deg F.
I've noticed that all 3 sensors read the same thing.
When I boot into the cmos and run the "pchealth" feature it shows my system temperature as 112deg F. and my cpu temperature as 91deg F
so......I'm confused....what's going on? I have a bcm motherboard and it doesn't say anything about the tempertaure sensor type in the book.
