When I boot into windows my mobo monitor flashes at me and says my VCC voltage is running too high. Both mobo monitor and the bios read around 3.3V. I've been trying to look around but I can't seem to find out what the VCC voltage actually does, and if it being at 3.3v is dangerous. So I come here to ask the help of the experts. Also, what gain would there be to increasing the chipset voltage?

System specs:

Abit NF7-s
1700 DLT3C tbred
MSI TI4400
SLK900
430W Antec Truepower PSU
x2 256MB Corsair XMSC2
and some hardrives, CD drives, and lots of case fans.

ABIT has problems with a lot of their motherboards with respect to voltages, temps., etc... Probably nothing to worry about...
