Faulty?

I ordered a MSI KT4V motherboard last week and was waiting for my upgrades until i put it all in, now when i do, it will get into windows for the first boot after reseating the processor and hard lock while shutting down, then refuses to POST or do anything after that!!
I ahve tried 3 processors in it, a new PSU, and new gfx card, and RAM!!

do u think its the motherboard? if so i'll RMA it ASAP.

it was shorting on my case! bah!!!

hopefully fixed now
