Is it more worth it to get CORSAIR MEMORY 512MB PC2700(maybe get the fsb to 175mhz, possibly hit more?) cas2.5 for $50 or cosair xms 256MB pc3200 cas2 memory for $56(get the fsb to 200mhz, maybe a little more)? Which will give better overall performance?

I'll be using a SL-75frn2-RL board.

Do you guys think this ram will be able to run stable at cas2 400mhz with more agressive timings?

GeIL DDR RAM 512MB PC-3200 Value 400MHz Ultra- CAS 2.5, 2T CommandGL5123200B Value. DDR400, CAS 2.5, 184 Pin Dimm, 6-3-3 2T(only $70 total!)

also consider twinmoss with winbond chips, they almost all clock to 200fsb with stock cooling, i have the 512 sticks which are meant to be not so good at overclocking, but have no problems reaching 11*200 timings 3,2,3,2.5 and have run with prime95 for about 7 hours...

defenitly go with the 3200XMS it is much better ram and it's only $6

by the way with 3200 ram I would suspect you should get at least 210 fsb.....since I am getting stable overclocks at 200 with my 2700ddr
