New NF7 Board wont post ? :s

Hey - Whacked together my machine with the new board - NF7 Ver 2.0

Had an epox 8k7a+ before...

When i put my Radeon 9100 (128Meg DDR) in - it wont post - doesnt even beep.

It will however run on a gf2 mx...

Any Ideaz?

I've checked its not the card....

Well, if you're not getting any beeps, and it's not shorting, it sounds like a BIOS problem to me. I have the exact same problem now after a failed flash. The IDE lights and fans come on, but no beep/post at all. I ordered a BIOS kit from excaliberpc.com; we'll see if that helps. You might try this.

I've been having a similar problem. Mine arose after installing the new nforce2 drivers. The 2.41's I believe. Every once in a while, I'll get a single long beep that repeats, but everytime I clear the bios, I get nothing. I haven't even flashed my bios.

but why would it work with a gf2 mx .. but not my radeon?

I've sent it back anyway ... New one delivered Wed.. With a new 1700+
