Asus A7N266 mobo and Windows 98

I need to know if the A7N266-VM will run with 100% compatability with Windows 98 FIRST edition.

When i built my P4 2.4 pc, i had to upgrade to XP to support the chipset drivers on the mobo. Will i have ANY problems running this mobo with a Athlon 2000xp with 98 FIRST edition?
