Welps, I thank you all for the help on my computer! It is now up and running simply fantastic...

I am running the Mushkin PC133 Rev3 ram at a conservative 148mhz with no problems.

I have overclocked the 1.1 ghz to a what seems like conservative 1210 mhz !!! Using 110x11 ...

I ran Seti@Home for over 8 hours yesterday to torture the machine and my temprature NEVER went over 39C/99F !!! I'm using my FOP38 with stock crap thermal pad (Wonder why the chip is keeping so cool?) ..

Tonight, I am thinking about trying out 111x11 and seeing how my system reacts to that. I don't know how many more ponies I can crank out of the CPU before it crashes on me... I know for a fact 113x11 crashed on me... I think 112 would be pushing it...

What do you guys think??

Jay

if you haven't done so yet, try ramping your voltage up to whatever the motherboard will allow--usually 1.85v...

I would think that you could get at least 111x11 with that processor...

Post whatever you get it up to--I'm about to get a 1.1 myself--and good luck...

By the way, if you're running at 110, your memory is at 143MHz...probaly just a typo

Oops, it wasn't exactly a type, I just calculated it wrong, thanks for the correction... I think at 111x11 would make the memory run at 148, right ? I hate math. =)

I'm gonna try for 111x11 tonight and i'll let you know.

im running 112x11 c volts 1.94 on my 1ghz tbird
have you tried a higher multiplier bump the volt up and see what happens

seams like you should be able to get close to 1300

Do like Kat says, change the multiplier. You won't get higher than 112 on a KT133 board, so it's not the chip stopping you from going faster, it's the board. If you did the pencil trick to unlock the multiplier you could ease off the fsb a bit, and push the tbird further - try something like 12x105, see how it turns out.
