amd duron 800 - overclocking ?

can you still use the pencil trick to overclock the new amd duron 800 ? or did amd modify them so that it's not possible anymore ? thx

There have been some people claiming that they can't change the multiplier, but that usually seems to be cause the pencil trick hasn't been done properly. I'm sure all can be unlocked, some might just need more graphite than others - see the article from the oc.com homepage for a good explanation (IMO): http://www.overclockers.com./articles309/
