NF7-S have CPU block mounting holes?

I am looking into buy the D-TEK waterblock but it needs the four holes beside the CPU socket to mount it. I have a GVAXP-U and it for one, has little O/C ability and two does not have the mounting holes. Does the NF7-S and also is there a big difference between the NF7, NF7-M and the NF7-S?

I know the revision 2 does. I'm pretty sure the revision 1.2 does as well. I'm pretty sure the revision 1 doesnt. But you'll have a hard time finding a revision 1 if youre buying it new anyway.

The differences in those 3 are:

NF7 = standard
NF7-S = NF7 + soundstorm + firewire + serial ata raid
NF7-M = NF7-S + video
