I have a Abit Kt7 non raid, w/ 160 megs of pc 100 memory and a Thunderbird 1 gig, and an aopen 300 watt power supply, I only have my RAID card and Voodoo Banshee(tried w/ geforce no luck) when I boot I get the following error after windows has been booting for about 10 seconds: ---------- Error: An I/O subsystem driver failed to load Either a file in the .\iosubsys subdirectory is corrupt or the system is low on memory.

I have tried increasing voltage, (including i/o voltage)but no luck, it is not overclocked.
Please help
