Help with Mem timings & Asus P4C800

Asus P4C800 with P4 2.2, until I upgrade. XMS3500 DDR.
123 FSB I know what cas latency is but can anyone help with settings on rest

Ras to Cas delay
Dram % Delay
Dram burst lenght
Dram idle timer
Dram refresh rate
