Hello

I took time today and bought good soldering gun and did it myself. Works great. I have a Tbird 800mhz that i want to get up to 1000mhz or more if possible.

One problem though I put the Multiplyer to 8.5x at 1.95vcore it works great. Then i try to put it to 9.0x Multiplyer and then i start the computer but all it will do is Beep and make all these different sounds. Whats going on?? How can i get my 800tbird to boot at 900??? with the multiplyer settings? Now that i did the Vcore mod. I still cannot get it to boot at 9.0x?

Thanks for any advice

A conductive pen is your best bet. Your not the first person to have difficulties like that when using a pencil. If that doesnt work, ask us again and I'm sure we can help some more.
I will be surprised if it doesn't fix your problem though.

Have you tried any other mutlipliers? If only a couple work, like 8 and 8.5, it probably is a problem with the bridges. You might always be able to skip 9 - go straight for 9.5. Shouldn't be too hard for an 800 Tbird, try leaving the voltage at 1.95. That's what I did originally with my duron, the 8.5 multiplier showed up as 8, so I just went straight for 900 and got it to 918 in the end - then I did the volt mod :-)

I was messing around with higher Mutiplyer settings and tryed at 9.0 didnt start just beeped then tryed 9.5 same thing just beeped. Then tryed 10.0 and it started fine.

Thanks for the advice
