Dimensions of nForce 2 NB and SB?

I want to have some custom heatsinks fabricated for a friend's new system. I would like to have the heatsinks in time for the new mobo which is arriving late next week. What I need to know is the dimensions of both the NorthBridge (SPP) and SouthBridge (MCP) chips. I have looked al over nVIDIA's site but cannot find anything.

Anyone know these measurements?

All i know is the holes in my 8rda for the nb are for 50mm.

I gathered as much for the NB. I am more interested in the SB, tough similar sized HS 'should' work on both NB and SB (provided nothing is in contact).
