A new kinda case...

not sure... ive worked with stuff liek it b4 as an insulator, although i saw stuff (same basic compound, just diff affects to what it does) that worked as more buyoncy (sP? lol) on a monster garage car, its also non flammible

i don tthink it would heat it up that much if you had proper airflow

you could make something like this with more air flow and a nicer look, if you put the cpu parts in a cardboard box put alot of cardboard around all the electronic parts so it wouldnt get on em and reduce airflow, then spray around the outside of it, but not on the top

you could put a metal top on, so you could upgrade (relatively) later

looks ugly, but what if you were to actually make molds for side pannels and use pegs hold them togather. You couldnt use standard ATX, all the drives and the PSU would have to sit on the bottom so they wouldnt break off but still, you could make a REALLY light case. It wouldnt be pretty but it would be a case not a blob and it would be very functional for lanning.

That puppy's not going to upgrade too easily, but it will probably float in the bathtub. Not appealing to me at all.
