It was a nessary evil. after the volt mod the alpha pep66 that was a AWESOME cooler had to be replaced with water cooling , anyone wanting to buy a 1 month old alpha email me!

i just orderd the swiftech cooler for 80 bucks

it has a 80mmx80mmx38mm DELTA fan on it that produces 65CFM of air
oh yea baby
they say its running just a few degrees above the watercooling setups

But won't it sound like a rocket taking off. LOL, you should try water cooling, my rig cost me about 90 buck, no shipping and handling. Just a thought. And I'm not trying to dog ya AZZ, I hold high regards for you and your knowledge, just think you could do more and teach us new tricks! Always love taking the advice of the daredevils . LOL

besides after the water im building a LAN rig and going to use a T Bird in it with this board and going to use the swiftech in it

Yeah, watercooling's fun and not too hard to do safely - I've just epoxied around all the slightly dodgy connections and there's no sign of water anywhere but where it's meant to be ;-) I'm just having trouble keeping the temps down, I didn't plan too well and my radiator is on top of my psu, so it heats up a bit. Next rig I build I'll plan properly, it's gonna rock!

be prepared for a long wait I ordered my 462 3 weeks ago and a 462 water block and radiator 2weeks ago just received my order conformation today for the water block
