Bad Antec True Power 430??

I bought an Antec True Power 430 last week but been having problems with video crashing on 3d games , i dont have many items in the case only card is Radeon 9700Pro ,2 cd rom,1 hd,system is watercooled, 2 512 ddr. CPU is running at 1.9v

Is it possible 430 isnt enough?
Reason i say that is my 3.3 v line is dipping down atleast as far as 3.15 v when im playing games ( ran MBM in background while playing).

Well just returned TP430 and got a TC550 ;)

We'll see if that fixes the problem

rma it back & get a new one

Yeah I would RMA the 430 as it should easily power your system...430's are great power supply's...I really like them...:D
