I cut into my somewhat new case for the first time yesterday, made a pretty complex design of circles and half-crecents, and only after cutting did I realize I couldn't achieve the level of detail I was hoping for with the parts in my Dremel box.
Anyone got tips for smoothing edges and cutting thin curves(for the ends of the crecents)?
Crecent=moon shape

Depending on how big the cutout is you could use the sanding drum attachment, or one of the fine conical grinding attachments. also check out the dremel guide that's stickied at the top of this forum, should have some more good info.
if you dont have a dremel attachmetn you could use a file
if you could post a pic when you get it finsiehd, id liek to see what this looks like alot

Yeah that'd work too. Go get yourself a set of needle files, best investment I could make and is only like $8 at my local home depot. They're just real tiny files in varying sizes, from square to round to triangle, etc..
