Difference of NF7, -S, -M?

I know that there is the obvious differences of the SATA, RAID, etc but do all of them overclock the same? I know the NF7-S is the choice for overclockers but are the other two the same in BIOS and being able to lock PCI/AGP BUS and all that.
 
The BIOS and overclocking are the same on all three models.

The differance is the extra or lack of goodies such as on board SATA, video, sound, NIC, etc.
 
NF7...
-S has Serial ATA (+ on board everything - 'cept video. MCP+T Southbrigde)
-M has on-board video (std MCP southbridge).
No designation is the boring bogstd one(std MCP southbridge).

AFAIK, there's no other differences...
 
I got it, I went and bought the -S anyway for the Serillel. I found the other post asking the similar stuff after I posted, thanks anyways.
