Unlocking Durons

Please Correct me if Im wrong here,
In order to overclock my Duron 750 running on a gigabyte 7XV board

First unlock the chip ( anyone show me a link to do this)

then I need to change the FSB (currently a 100)

Is this correct please let me know, as well anyideas where I find the Multiplyer ?

According to the Giga-byte website, that board is only FSB clockable. Unlocking the chip won't do you any good.

So if I change the FSB to say 110 what would my new speed be ?
7.5x110?
