My local Best Buy store has a 9700 Pro for sale for $269.00

I asked to take a look at it and the code on the memory is Samsung K4D26323RA-GC2A. Is this those 2.8 ns chips?

And should I grab this while I have the chance?


Edit: Nevermind, I found out they are the 2.8 ns chips....now I have to find a quick way to make $270 to get it.

I did a search on Samsung's semiconductor website, http://www.samsung.com/Products/Semiconductor, and it doesn't specify the ns rating. If you do look at the max rated speed for these chips, it is 350MHz. 1000 / 350 = 2.86ns. I I would say that they are.

Woot! Got it, and it was the only one on the shelf (they were making room for the 9800 Pro cards. They have like 3 rows of them at $399.

Now, I just have to wait for the rest of my system to show up (currently in IL, by way of UPS)
