I had a hard time seeing the bridges on my athlon so I decided to try a couple FSB es. I was able to get to 107Mhz but stopped there. My machine was good and stable at 749Mhz.

Since I was able to easily overclock using my FSB and the CPU was stable at 107 FSB what do you think my chances are of having a good or decent overclockable chip using 100Mhz and multiplier?

107MHz on the FSB is about average. Regardless of the CPU multiplier you are able to get to, you should be able to go to 107 on the bus.
If you're having a hard time with the L1 bridges because the pencil or ink isn't separated, try gently running a razor blade between each of the bridges. :)
