I bought a MSI k7T Pro2-a Mother board, a Duron 650 CPU, and a SuperORB(from www.plycon.com).
A friend of mine put this together in my existing case, and was only able to OC it to 800mhz to where it would boot up and run fine.
Anything above that and it wouldnt boot up.
Now the L7 bridges were not penciled in at all. Is that ok?
Also, I am only using a 200W power supply. Is that ok?
I have 128 SD Ram in the MotherBoard.

This chip should go up to 900 atleast, if not 950 or even higher.

Based on what you have, your limiting factors are:

#1 The 200W power supply - you need at least a 250W and I recommend an Enermax or Sparkle

#2 The Super Orb - An Alpha HS will get you more clock

#3 Your RAM - It may be an issure...dunno for sure

#4 - Your case may not be providing enough airflow - You need at least 2 case fans; one sucking air in the front and one blowing air out the back.

#5 - You didn't specify your voltage so I assume it it at default - you need to bump it up; try 1.80

I have tested a 650 on the 2A board to 9x103 no problem. :)
