ok i wann go way cold wiith my cpu and a regular heatsdink and fan is not workin my temps right now are in the high 20c tothe low 30 c with thats idle i wanrt to get down to like 10 to 12 degrees does any one have any experiance with this thermal electric or should i gop water cooled i want to use whatever will keep my tempos down the best money is no object

If going with a 462+, then expect to pay another 80.00+ for a PSU that has 25+amps on the +12...plus also condensation that can build up...was thinking about doing the same thing, but by the time I would have it up and running, I could have a good WC and you can make your own chiller...
