DIP switch on ATi 9600 pro

Ok, as I was installing some RAMsinks on my ATi 9600 pro and I noticed there was a little dip switch on it. Does anyone know what this dip switch is for? There are 2 switches and it is right near the ATi sticker near the plugs. I am having problems with uploading pics to my host so if no one knows what they are then I'll put some pics up later. Both switches are in the same position also.

wasnt it for ntsc and pal? i saw a thread like this one last time the ppl thoguht it is the ntsc/pal switch, im not sure but i tihnk they are right tho
