Memory oc newb question?

How do i know my memory is running 266 or 333 ?
I've downloaded Sandra and run the memory bandwidth and the result is 2090 and i have no idea what this mean, good or bad ?

Asus P4G8X-D
P4 2.66G
512M Kingston DDR266
GF4 ti4200
WD 8M/ 120G

Another question, can I use DDR333 with the above spec. ?
