how do i overclock an AMD athlon xp 2200+

i have a compaq laptop with an AMD athlon xp 2200+ processor and i would like to over clock it a little bit .

does any one know how i can do this ?
can someone give me a step by step guide on how to get this done ?

If it is still in the Compaq laptop...you won't be able to OC it...all OEM computers have locked BIOS's...
