If the multiplier is locked and you have a motherboard (Microstar K7T Pro 2 with the KT133A) that can adjust it can you go to a smaller number? Its a 900 locked at 9.0 can I take it to 7.0 without unlocking it? 133 x 7.0 = 931MHz.

nope you cant lower the multiplier either. you have to unlock it to do anything to the multiplier

tom's spot on here. you're gonna have to unlock it to do anything with the multiplier. that kt133a chipset must be nice, if your cpu'll go that far.
