Hello

I have a asus A7V motherboard. On the start up there is a Asus Probe icon if you click on it, it will tell you the reading of the Computer like the Temperature of the Motherboard and the CPU. The power of the fans your running. Well my question is if you are in the Monitoring Tab and click on the Voltage Monitor icon it shows a list of +12v, +5v, +3.3v, Vcore, -5v, -12V For some reason now after today they are all starting to blink and give me some warrnings how the Volts all the sudden drop and then something in my comp starts to click alittle then when the Volts go back to normal it stop. Am i making sense here?

Well if anyone can help me or give me some advise as of whats going on i thank you

I've noticed mine doing exactly the same thing - I don't think it was the psu, cos I never changed it but it hasn't done it in the last month or so. It does give impossible temp readings (like 150C+) or weird volt readings (like +12V at 0) for a second or two before going back to normal - but only every now and then, so i think it's a bug. Plus it only seems to happen if I try and run MBM at the same time (I know 2 diagnostic apps at the same time can confuse things) or when running Asus Update (it invariably gives crazy readings as soon as I start Update, it's really distracting having Probe flash up at you every second :( ).

Hello

PSU meaning Power Supply?

It just recently started doing this for the first time yesterday now it does it when i am pretty much doing anything on the computer like when i open something up it will click and read weird temps and volts and then go back to normal. I dont know why it just started doing that. it also does it when i am playing Motocross madness 2. I just got a new Power supply not to long ago like not even a month do you thing it can be that?

Thanks

Hello

I found out what the problem was that was causing the blinking of the Volts in the Asus Prob Voltage Monitor tab. Well a couple of nights ago i downloaded another CPU and Motherboard Temp watcher and i was running both at the same time. So i guess it was interfearing with it so i disabled it and now everything is back to normal no more blinking witht he voltage.

Thank for the advice
